Job Description
No Bugs Pest Control, a Dallas-based pest management company serving commercial and government facilities across Texas, is hiring a Field Pest Control Technician to perform on-site inspections and treatment services.
This role focuses on active pest mitigation across residential-adjacent commercial properties, warehouse facilities, and municipal buildings. The technician will work independently in assigned zones across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and emergency pest inspections across assigned Dallas service routes
- Identify infestation sources including rodents, termites, cockroaches, and ants
- Apply EPA-approved pesticides using targeted application methods (spray, bait, dust)
- Maintain service documentation for each client visit in compliance with Texas pest control regulations
- Communicate treatment findings to dispatch and client facility managers
- Ensure safe handling, transport, and storage of all pest control chemicals
- Follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols to reduce chemical usage where possible
Requirements
- Valid Texas Pest Control License (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Familiarity with EPA pesticide handling guidelines
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in confined or outdoor environments
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years pest control field experience
- Knowledge of urban pest behaviour in southern US climates
- Experience using digital reporting tools for service logs
Compensation
- $44,000 – $58,000 annually
- Overtime availability
- Company vehicle provided after probation period
