Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest activity and risk factors
    • Implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies tailored to each property
    • Apply approved eco-friendly treatments in accordance with safety guidelines
    • Monitor and document pest activity, treatment plans, and service outcomes
    • Educate customers on prevention methods and long-term pest control solutions
    • Maintain accurate service records and comply with regulatory requirements

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Interest in environmental sustainability and pest management
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
    • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Preferred (Not Required)

    • Previous experience in pest control, facilities maintenance, or a related field
    • Knowledge of IPM practices or willingness to obtain certification
