About the Role
NexaFlow Systems is seeking a high-energy Senior Experience Orchestrator to bridge the gap between our technical product capabilities and user satisfaction. You will be responsible for "humanizing" complex data workflows and ensuring that every touchpoint a client has with our platform feels seamless, intuitive, and valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Mapping: Audit and redesign end-to-end user journeys to eliminate friction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to align the "brand voice" with the "user experience."
- Data-Driven Empathy: Utilize behavioral analytics to advocate for user-centric features.
- Stakeholder Management: Present experience roadmaps to executive leadership to secure buy-in for major UI/UX overhauls.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, UX Strategy, or Customer Success.
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Mixpanel, and Jira.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain "why" a change matters as much as "how" it works.
- A "growth mindset" and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced startup environment.
