Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans
- Apply approved pest control products safely and in accordance with regulations
- Monitor and document pest activity, treatments, and follow-up recommendations
- Educate clients on preventative measures to reduce future infestations
- Maintain accurate service records and comply with all safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service during all site visits
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various environments
- Valid driver’s license (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control, maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) practices
- State pest control license or willingness to obtain certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $38,000 – $48,000 per year (based on experience)

Work Location
Dallas, Texas– Field-based role with local travel to customer sites
Schedule
