Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify bed bug activity
- Use monitoring tools and visual inspection techniques to confirm infestations
- Apply treatment methods including chemical applications, heat treatments, and targeted follow-ups
- Prepare treatment areas and advise clients on pre- and post-treatment procedures
- Document findings, treatment plans, and service outcomes accurately
- Provide customers with education on prevention and early detection
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong observational and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in residential environments, including apartments and multi-unit buildings
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bed bug treatment or pest control services
- Knowledge of heat treatment systems and monitoring devices
- Pennsylvania pesticide applicator certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $42,000 – $52,000 per year

Schedule
