About No Bugs
No Bugs provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout Texas, supporting customers with preventative pest programs, corrective treatments, inspections, exclusion services, and ongoing monitoring solutions. Delivering reliable service requires the timely availability of products, equipment, materials, and operational supplies across multiple service teams. To support continued growth, No Bugs is seeking an Inventory and Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing activities and maintain efficient inventory operations throughout the Dallas branch.
Position Overview
The Inventory and Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the acquisition, tracking, storage, and distribution of operational materials used throughout the business. This includes pesticides, bait stations, monitoring devices, safety equipment, vehicle supplies, office materials, and various consumable products required by field and administrative teams.
The position serves as the primary link between vendors, suppliers, warehouse functions, and operational departments. The successful candidate will help ensure technicians have the materials they need while maintaining cost control, inventory accuracy, and purchasing efficiency.
Unlike field service positions, quality assurance roles, training functions, or operational leadership positions, this role focuses on supply management and resource planning.
What Makes This Role Different
Most pest control jobs involve working directly with customers, performing inspections, conducting treatments, managing employees, or supporting field operations. The Inventory and Procurement Specialist supports the organization from a resource management perspective.
Success is measured through inventory accuracy, product availability, purchasing efficiency, supplier performance, and cost management. The position helps prevent service disruptions by ensuring critical materials are available when needed while avoiding unnecessary overstocking.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, organization, vendor coordination, and operational problem-solving.

- Assist with emergency purchasing requirements during operational disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce waste.

This position operates primarily from the Dallas office and warehouse facility but may occasionally visit supplier locations or other operational sites within the service territory.
The role involves a combination of administrative responsibilities and physical inventory activities. Regular interaction occurs with field technicians, supervisors, administrative personnel, vendors, and company leadership.
Work is generally performed Monday through Friday during standard business hours, although occasional schedule flexibility may be required to accommodate deliveries, inventory audits, or urgent operational needs.
