About No Bugs
No Bugs provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout Texas, supporting customers with preventative pest programs, corrective treatments, inspections, exclusion services, and ongoing monitoring solutions. Delivering reliable service requires the timely availability of products, equipment, materials, and operational supplies across multiple service teams.
To support continued growth, No Bugs is seeking an Inventory and Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing activities and maintain efficient inventory operations throughout the Dallas branch.
Position Overview
The Community Outreach and Education Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that help residents, businesses, property managers, schools, and community organizations better understand pest prevention and management practices.
This position plans outreach initiatives, coordinates educational events, develops informational materials, and builds relationships with local organizations throughout the Greater Dallas area. The role focuses on education and public engagement rather than sales generation, field service delivery, operational management, or customer retention activities.
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who enjoys presenting information, building partnerships, and helping people understand practical solutions to pest-related challenges.
What Makes This Role Different
Most positions within the pest management industry focus on inspections, treatments, route operations, customer service, compliance, or business development. The Community Outreach and Education Specialist serves a completely different function by focusing on public awareness and educational engagement.
Success is measured by the quality and reach of educational programs, the strength of community relationships, and the organization's visibility within the communities it serves. Rather than responding to active pest problems, this role helps people prevent issues before they occur through knowledge and awareness.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy public speaking, relationship-building, event coordination, and educational communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop educational presentations covering pest prevention and property protection topics.
- Coordinate outreach programs for neighborhood associations, schools, housing organizations, and community groups.
