As our commercial customer portfolio continues to grow in central Ohio, we are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships, improve account retention, coordinate service delivery, and support long-term business growth.
Position Overview
The Commercial Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for an established portfolio of commercial customers. Unlike a Sales Inspector who focuses on acquiring new business or a Branch Manager who oversees operational performance, this role is centered on customer retention, account development, service coordination, and strategic relationship management.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, technicians, inspectors, supervisors, and branch leadership to ensure commercial clients receive consistent service and value from their pest management programs.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, business acumen, and the ability to understand both customer expectations and operational realities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial pest management accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and service-related concerns.
- Conduct periodic account reviews with customers.
- Coordinate service delivery with operational teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention trends.
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.
- Prepare account summaries, reports, and service recommendations.

Work Environment
